MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Pigskin Membership
A Pigskin Member is one who contributes a minimum sum of $100.00 to the Mendota Gridiron Club, Inc. This membership entitles said member to attend all weekly meetings during the football season and functions of the Mendota Gridiron Club in Madison or any regional club.

Field Goal Membership
A Field Goal Member is one who contributes a minimum sum of $500.00 to the Mendota Gridiron Club, Inc. This membership entitles said member to all the privileges enjoyed by the Pigskin Members. In addition, each Field Goal member will be invited to a special Home Game Tailgate Party on the Practice Field. A nominal fee will be charged to cover a portion of the expenses. Members at this level have the opportunity to purchase a Mendota Bowl Ring if applicable.

Touchdown Membership
A Touchdown Member is one who contributes a minimum of $1,000.00 to the Mendota Gridiron Club, Inc. This membership entitles said member to all the privileges enjoyed by Field Goal members. In addition, each Touchdown Member will receive an invitation to the Bret Bielema Invitational Golf Classic and Banquet. Members at this level also have the opportunity to purchase a Mendota Bowl ring if applicable.

Victory Membership
A Victory Member is one who contributes a minimum sum of $2,500.00 to the Mendota Gridiron Club, Inc. This membership entitles said member to all the privileges enjoyed by the Touchdown members. A cash contribution of $2,500.00 will also entitle the contributor to membership at the Director's Club level within the Badger Fund and provide for benefits including football season parking in preferred lots.

Gridiron Membership (Regional Clubs)
A Gridiron Member is one who contributes a minimum sum of $50.00 to any one of the regional Mendota Gridiron Clubs established in any city other than Madison or Milwaukee. This membership entitles said member to participate in the periodic general meetings and functions of any particular regional Mendota Gridiron Club and receive the Spring Prospectus and other newsletters.

An Important Point To Note

Please note that gifts for Preferred Seating should be sent to the Badger Fund and do not entitle an individual to membership in the Mendota Gridiron Club. Additional contributions can be made through the Badger Fund and should be directed specifically to FOOTBALL or MENDOTA GRIDIRON CLUB in order for individuals to attain membership status. Contributions made to the Mendota Gridiron Club will earn credit in the Badger Fund Priority Point System and count toward your annual giving levels and related Badger Fund benefits.

A Message From Barry Alvarez

Now that I have transitioned into my new role as full-time Director of Athletics, I have an even greater appreciation for the Mendota Gridiron Club and all it has done for our football program. Whether through enthusiastic support on game day or through generous financial contributions, Mendota's membership has always been there and for that I say THANK YOU.

I'm excited about the direction of both our football program and our athletic department. Bret has hired an outstanding staff and they are hard at work building a program we all will enjoy following. Our department is healthy, but to keep it that way we will continue to depend on the support of the Mendota Gridiron Club. Together we have accomplished a lot -- Big Ten titles, Rose Bowls and the renovation of Camp Randall. I'm looking forward to continuing the successful relationship between UW Athletics and the Mendota Gridiron Club.

If you are not a member of the Mendota Gridiron Club, I ask that you consider joining. It's a unique and wonderful opportunity to back our student-athletes and staff. It's also a chance to be among the best supporters in college football.
